Bailey wins 3rd straight Firecracker
With temperatures in the upper 50s making running a bit more comfortable than usual for an Independence Day morning, 190 finished the two-and-one-third laps of Gypsy Hill Park in Saturday’s 10th annual Firecracker 5K. Barnes, Knott going to states
CHARLOTTESVILLE — They did not finish at the top of the race, but Wilson Memorial’s Quinton Knott and Michael Barnes finished the Region B cross country meet at Panorama Farms within one second of each, both earning a trip to the Group A meet.

Bison have to get by Green Hornets
The Buffalo Gap boys cross country team will defend its district title today in Quicksburg. All seven runners made the top 15 list last season and Ryan Pyles and Nick Corbin are back to try and lead a Bison repeat with their veteran experience and leadership.
