In Waynesboro, the Generals torched Haymarket scoring seven runs in the fifth inning to earn the 12-7 victory on Tuesday at the KC. This is Waynesboro’s fifth consecutive win.

Post 340 nabs victory over Post 126

In Lexington, Waynesboro Post 340 earned its sixth win of the season against Post 126 Rockbridge 9-3 on Tuesday in American Legion Baseball action.

There’s a new leader in the Valley League as of Tuesday - the Waynesboro Generals.

FISHERSVILLE - For a short while Wednesday afternoon, the Hornets turned into the jitterbugs.  Wilson Memorial found itself down early in a pivotal softball game for the third consecutive time.
