Cougars sweep Broadway
In Stuarts Draft, The Stuarts Draft volleyball team swept Broadway on Tuesday night 25-12, 25-15, 25-20 in a rescheduled, non-district match. The win improved the Cougars to 2-0 on the season.
Gap in five
SWOOPE — Trailing 13-7 in the decisive Game 5, Buffalo Gap went on a 10-2 run to close out the match, defeating Wilson Memorial in five games on Tuesday evening. Gap won the match 18-25, 25-17, 25-22, 22-25, 17-15.
Lee blanks Streaks
STAUNTON — After two tough losses to start the season, the Robert E. Lee volleyball team picked up its first win of the year with a 3-0 sweep of the Harrisonburg Blue Streaks 25-19, 25-19, 25-20.
