Giants win S. Valley tournament

Waynesboro coach Bill Meicke pumped his fists and jumped up from the coaches box as the Little Giants boys soccer team were crowned the Southern Valley District tournament champs after routing Stuarts Draft 5-0 at home Wednesday night.
“I was pretty excited,” Meicke said. “We really wanted to put an exclamation point on our season and I think we did that in a pretty emphatic way.”
