A Waynesboro man who dressed his infant son in gang colors and recruited for the Bloods will spend seven years behind bars for beating a man at a gas station, a judge ruled Monday.

A second Waynesboro man pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of assault and gang participation in relation to a May 10 beating at a gas station.

Just minutes before a sentencing hearing Thursday for a convicted armed robber and gang participant, defense attorneys discovered a conflict that again prevented case closure.
