City Council authorizes $10 million for projects
In separate votes, the Waynesboro City Council on Monday voted to authorize issuing $2 million in bonds to repair the Broad Street Bridge, and voted to provide for the issue, sale and award of another $8.8 million in bonds for city infrastructure and public works projects, all to be financed through the Virginia Resource Authority.
