CHURCHVILLE - Twenty-five high-needs students from four Augusta County middle schools savored a respite from their academic labors Wednesday, spending much of the day fishing for trout at a pond near Churchville.

The interim principal of Stuarts Draft High School for the past four months was appointed the school’s permanent principal by the Augusta County School Board Thursday night.

The Augusta County Board of Supervisors will give final approval to the 2008-09 budget tonight.
