STAUNTON — Prosecutors said they got “exactly” what they wanted by convicting an adult video store owner of obscenity last year — a case finally closed this week by a court order barring his store from reopening.

Jurors in Staunton Circuit Court on Friday decided that a video depicting intercourse between a male and female was not obscene, but drew the line at one depicting sex with multiple partners.

After Hours Video Store owner Rick Krial and his store were each found guilty of one charge of obscenity today in Staunton Circuit Court.
