Juvenile pleads guilty in I-64 shootings
Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Darby Lowe said the teenager pleaded guilty to five counts of maliciously shooting at an occupied vehicle.

Minor will stay in juvenile court
A 16-year-old suspect in a series of shootings along Interstate 64 last month will not be prosecuted as an adult.
Ruling Wednesday in Charlottesville, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Judge Susan L. Whitlock denied the prosecution request to try the suspect as an adult. He is accused of 15 felony charges.
