Write-in Kent has stuff needed for city treasurer

While there are several candidates running for the office of Waynesboro city treasurer, I believe Terry Kent is the best choice. As a former employee of the Treasurer’s Office, I feel Terry has the background, skills and ability to correct the problems in the office and bring it back to credible standards and accounting procedures, as it should be.

Kent is an experienced businessman, having owned his own video store and a tax business that grew to two locations. Not only does he have first-hand knowledge of owning a business but he has been entrusted by others to manage their stores and employees.

I urge you to write in Terry Kent for city treasurer on Nov. 3.
