2 sought for attempted murder

The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office is seeking two men on attempted murder charges in the firing of high-powered rifle shots at two Stuarts Draft homes.
The Sheriff’s Office obtained today arrest warrants for James Edward Breckenridge, 24, of Stuarts Draft, and Jesse James Purcell, 19, of Grottoes, Investigator. Paul McCormick said.
Authorities charged the men after obtaining a search warrant. That document is sealed. McCormick declined to comment on what deputies found.
Breckenridge and Purcell also face weapons charges.
