Ward D: Turnout heavy in Waynesboro

Voters stood waiting in the mist at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Waynesboro this morning.
Parking spaces were filled and a line snaked around the parking lot at 10 this morning. The turnout was the most brisk in recent memory, a voter said.
