Lucente visits Ward D

In an interview with Frank Lucente, the at-large candidate and current city councilman shared his mindset in the midst of Election Day.

“I think there’s been a good turnout,“ he said. “It’s been a long road. I’m glad it’s over and today people get to make their choice.“

At the Ward D polling location for most of the day, Lucente had the opportunity to greet many of the voters that streamed in and out of Westminster Presbyterian Church to cast their ballots.

“Basically, people have made up their mind and now we just have to let the process unfold,“ he said.

Lucente said he plans to visit each polling location throughout the course of the day.
