Authorities arrested Christopher Ray Chaplin, 22, of Staunton, for his involvement in an April 20 robbery on Central Avenue, said Staunton police spokeswoman Officer Lisa Klein.

A drunken driver with a history of speeding and reckless driving caused a head-on collision near Waynesboro that sent four people to the hospital on Saturday afternoon, Virginia State Police said.
