Saxman earns legislator of year award

Del. Chris Saxman has been named 2009 legislator of the year by the Psychiatric Society of Virginia.
Saxman, R-Staunton, was recognized for his leadership in maintaining access to psychiatric care and his work during the 2009 General Assembly session in keeping Staunton’s Commonwealth Center for Children and Adolescents open.
