Police seek shooter
Staunton police are looking for a man who fired five shots on a neighborhood street late Monday.
At about 10 minutes to midnight, a man fired the shots on Stafford Street, Staunton police said. Authorities are seeking assistance in identifying the armed man.
Anyone with information about crimes is asked to call the Staunton Police Department at 540-332-3842 or Central Shenandoah CrimeStoppers at 1-800-322-2017. Callers with information leading to an arrest could receive cash awards up to $1,000. The information can be given anonymously.
