America needs 6-day postal delivery week

If the United States Postal Service reduces to five days a week, about 14,000 employees will be fired. Some of those fired will not only lose their jobs, but their pensions.

At a time when unemployment is at a 15-year high, the post office is doing a great disservice to the country.

It is time for the unions and people to speak up about this terrible injustice.

We do need six-day postal delivery.
