I would like to set the record straight, so that it is clear to everyone.
I made two calls and I spoke to Bruce Allen and Frank Lucente. I have not spoken to other council members.
They are NOT in favor of the pay increase for council members (“Mayor calls for pay raise,” Nov. 22). They will NOT vote for an increase.
