Staunton police pulled two men from a car with foggy windows in the Staunton Wal-Mart parking lot Tuesday night, arresting each for alleged prostitution and crimes against nature.
Police found convicted sex offender Kenneth Lee Breeden, 69, performing oral sex on Ronald Bradford Beasley, 57, at about 8:12 p.m., Staunton Officer Lisa Klein said.
Breeden was in the driver’s seat, intoxicated, and car keys were in the ignition, police said. He was removed.
Beasley would not exit the vehicle, so police dragged him from the car, Klein said.
Breeden faces a DUI charge and Beasley a charge of resisting arrest. The prostitution charge stems from Breeden reportedly paying Beasley $100 to perform the sex act.
The Virginia State Police sex offender registry lists two aggravated sexual battery convictions for Breeden, who is listed as “homeless.” Police listed the same Churchville Ave. address for both men.
Both are in custody at Middle River Regional Jail in Verona.
